Proctor Application

All Real Estate Exams in the State of Illinois must be proctored. A proctor may be: a non-related licensed real estate agent, a librarian, a licensed attorney or a minister. The proctor will verify the following:

The student must provide two forms of Identification
The exam is taken closed-book (no textbooks allowed)
The exam is finished within the time allotted (90 minutes per exam)
Only approved calculators (those without alpha numeric keypads) will be permitted

If you choose to have a librarian proctor your exam: Please contact your local library. Some libraries will proctor a test free of charge and others charge a fee. If your library changes a fee, you will be responsible for that payment. One of the forms of ID provided by the student must be a photo ID.

You will need to arrange a specific time and date to take your exam. Please contact your local library. Find out who will be proctoring your exam and have them fill out the Proctor Application below. We need to receive the signed proctor application before your exam passwords will be sent. Please allow sufficient time.

After we receive your completed application, an email containing the passwords you will use to begin the timed on-line exam will be sent to you along with any additional instructions. The student will coordinate with you to set up a convenient time to take the exam. The Proctor should provide the following information:
