This fee will be added to your shopping cart at checkout.

A: All of the necessary information required to pass the final exam is included in the online course. However, all Illinois real estate brokers are required to posses the 2007 Broker Management textbook and the 2009 Illinois Broker Management Supplement. To purchase a copy of the Broker Management textbook or supplement, add them to your shopping cart when purchasing courses.

A: Taking notes as you go provides a good way to review for the final exam.
Q: How long do I have to finish the course?
A: You can read a little of the course each day, or you may read it all in one day. If you take a break, write down the page number where you left off so you may scroll back to it. The powerpoint software will not save your place in the course.

A: Yes, the State of Illinois requires that every final exam be proctored.

The student who will take the test does not fill out the proctor application. The final exam will be sent directly to the proctor that you have selected.
Q: How do I take the final exam?
A: The broker management final exam is graded by REEF. We will send the exam directly to your proctor. We will instruct your proctor to send the completed exam back to us. The student is required to cover the cost of postage. We will then forward the exam to REEF for grading. REEF will then notify you and the State of Illinois with the results. * PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR TAKING THE EXAM AND GRADING. Q: What do I bring to the exam?
A: #2 Pencil, 2 forms of I.D., an 8 ˝ X 11 envelope and four 44˘ stamps.
Q: How do I check on the status of my final exam?
A: REEF grades all Broker Management final exams. You may check on the status of your exam at: http://ILreef.org When you get to this website, the link is named: “Illinois Broker management CE Lookup” and is located at the bottom right corner of the page. Please have your Real Estate License number available. If you passed the exam REEF will mail a Certificate of Completion to you and will notify the State directly. You do not need the Certificate in your hand to renew your license with the State. Please keep the Certificate for your records.

A: A 70% or better score is required in the State of Illinois. In the event you fail the exam, you will be allowed a retake of the exam, there is a $25 test re-take fee. If you fail the retake exam, you will be required to retake and repay for the entire course.

A: A 70% or better score is required to receive continuing education credit. In the event you fail the exam, you will be allowed one free retake. If you fail the retake exam, you will be required to retake and repay for the course.
Q: When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A: We will send you a Certificate of Completion within two weeks via e-mail. YOU DO NOT SEND THE CERTIFICATE TO THE STATE. We notify the State directly. You should print a copy of the Certificate and keep it for your records.
Q: I’m having trouble viewing the PowerPoint Presentation.
A: The PowerPoint presentation may not open using every internet browser, it does however, open using Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8.
