Broker Management Continuing Education Courses

Broker Management - 18 Hour Package
Real estate broker licensees must take a six hour Broker Management course.

All real estate broker licensees must take this course before their next license renewal date. And new real estate broker licensee must complete this course within 180 days of receiving their initial license. Special Package Price: $79.00 ($41 REEF test grading fee will be added at checkout)

PLEASE NOTE: The Broker Manamgement Final Exam is a written scantron exam. Due to the mailing back and forth required, PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO COMPLETE THIS EXAM AND THE MAILINGS. Keep in mind, we mail the exam to your proctor, you take the final exam, your proctor sends the completed answer sheet and test back to us, we then send the exam to REEF for grading.

This course is intended to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to be an effective real estate broker in the state of Illinois. All real estate broker licensees must take this course before their next license renewal date.

This course is a Mandatory requirement for both brokers and salespersons. It covers both:
  • Illinois Continuing Education Core A: Agency, Legislative Issues, Escrow
  • Illinois Continuing Education: Core B: Fair Housing
  • Ethics and Real Estate
    This course meets the Elective requirement for both brokers and salespersons. Course materials covers Ethics as it relates to Real Estate industry.
